Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on e-liquid. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. We recommend purchasing several flavors from Joe’s Vapor Shop™ to determine if our e-liquid is a good match for your personal taste.
Consumable hardware such as clearomizers, cartomizers and atomizers are non-refundable unless proven to be defective. Defective consumable products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase.
How do I return merchandise?
Click on this link to download and print a Return Form. Fill out the form in its entirety, and include with your returned item(s). Once we receive your returned item(s), we will credit your Credit Card or Paypal Account the purchase price and tax on the item(s) returned.
